Practice, Practice, Practice. Our Practicum course is an interactive experience that will invite and encourage growth.

Opportunities are provided for you to coach other students during class with useful and insightful feedback from experienced faculty. This is one of the best ways to practice meaningful and effective coaching that can be valuable and memorable to both you and your clients.

Students are also encouraged to share their successes and challenges from their coaching experience. Faculty will provide guidance, support and encouragement as well as specific examples and advice from their own professional experience.

We will cover 1-1 coaching, group coaching, and creating workshops and classes.

This course was the 'icing on the cake' for me after taking Core Competency and Advanced Tools courses. The support and encouragement was phenomenal, and because our instructor Susan gently interrupted our class coaching practice when needed, it helped us to learn even better while doing. I'd like to take this course again! ~Gloria, Nurse, Texas
