Opportunities are provided for you to coach other students during class with useful and insightful feedback from experienced faculty. This is one of the best ways to practice meaningful and effective coaching that can be valuable and memorable to both you and your clients.
Students are also encouraged to share their successes and challenges from their coaching experience. Faculty will provide guidance, support and encouragement as well as specific examples and advice from their own professional experience.
We will cover 1-1 coaching, group coaching, and creating workshops and classes.

Completion Requirements: Attend and participate in all classes (or submit make-up work for up to 2.5 hours of missed class), submit a recorded coaching session for a final pass/fail grade, and submit a final course evaluation.
*Maximum enrollment is 12 students. Wisdom of the Whole will open additional class sessions but the new session may be at a different date or time. The new session will begin the same week as the original session whenever possible. Students have the option to attend a future Practicum if the new session does not work with their schedule.
