Dr. Singh is a Physician Wellness Consultant & Holistic Coach, National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), Certified in Mind-Body Medicine, Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200), Interactive Guided Imagery Guide, Ayurvedic Wellness Counselor


Svetlana is a certified ICF-PCC coach, Kellogg Executive Scholar in leadership, materials scientist, and Chopra Center certified instructor in meditation. Her work on creating space for innovation and growth was recognized with the Best Open Innovation program award at the Chief Strategy & Innovation Officers Summit in 2016.


Giovanna is a HeartMath practitioner,  NeuroChangeSolutions Consultant and Holistic Nurse coach. She provides wellness programs and services to corporations and individuals from all backgrounds based on the latest evidence from neuroscience research, nursing knowledge, expertise and intuition.


Shonda Palmer is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, teacher in training through the Center of Mindful Self-Compassion, and Qi Gong teacher. She lives in San Diego, CA with her husband, chickens, and llamas. She finds great joy in helping women feel peace and calm through meditation, self-care, and self-compassion.
